If you’ve ever wondered,

“Why is it so hard to be around people?” or “Why doesn’t anyone

understand me?” You’re not alone. I work with teens and emerging adults who feel anxious,

disconnected, or burned out from trying to hold it all together.

Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking, masking just to get through the day, or struggling

with identity and relationships. That’s where our work begins.

Using evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and

Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you untangle what’s going on beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, work through emotional triggers, and

build tools like mindfulness and self-compassion so you can feel more grounded, confident, and

connected.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to need someone who truly sees you. Starting

therapy can feel awkward, but you don’t have to do it alone. There’s no pressure to have it all

figured out. Just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me lost in a good book, elbow-deep in clay, or out exploring

with my husband, our two dogs, and our cat. I bring that same curiosity and creativity into my

work with clients. As a pre-licensed counselor in Tennessee, I’m excited to support you on your
