Shelby Measel is a graduate from Walden University . She is an experienced therapist for a variety of diverse populations in the Nashville community. Shelby holds focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. 

Shelby has dedicated many years to serving her communities to grow in skill sets and confidence to reach their goal outcomes, while holding space for the heavy things. She continues to grow herself as a therapist and human, always relying on experience and education to pave a successful path for her clients. Shelby has two loving dogs, who expand her balance in life beyond the textbook to enjoy some fresh air. She is looking forward to continuing her commitment to the mental health field by helping the greater community of Nashville to join her in exploring new outlets and plans.
