About Eiko

Eiko Riley is a Nashville native and a mother of four. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Tennessee State University and is pursuing a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Lipscomb University.

Her experience as a parent has strengthened her interest in family relationships, parenting and the ways multiple generations influence one another. Eiko is also interested in men's mental health and in creating safe spaces where children and teenagers can understand and navigate social-emotional development.

Eiko brings life experience and professional experience supporting mental health, developmentally disabled populations, teaching and life coaching. She views holding space for healing as both a responsibility and an honor.
